Step 1. Clean of all the dust and particles from the plexiglass. Step 2. Cut out (your choice of flowers). Step 3. Add Mod Podge to the plexiglass. Then lay down the cutouts and then add more Mod Podge. Step 4. Mod Podge the whole Plexiglass. Step 5. Add the shelf liner. Then add Mod Podge to the shelf liner. Step 6. Let it dry overnight.
